At Sowa International, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality beauty products, salon services, and professional training. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or service experience, we are here to help.

Returns – Beauty Products & Tools

We accept returns for beauty products and professional tools within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Please contact our support team before returning any item. Once approved, you can ship the product back to our designated return address.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Skincare products

  • Personal hygiene tools (combs, razors, tweezers, etc.)

  • Digital downloads or e-learning course materials

  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Refunds – Online Orders & Services

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

For online courses, webinars, or service bookings, refunds are only provided if:

  • The service was not delivered

  • There was a technical issue from our end

  • Cancellation is requested within 24 hours of booking

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with photo proof within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item sent).
