Salon Booking Cancellation Policy – SOWA International (2026)

1. Introduction

We want your salon booking experience to be easy and stress-free. This page explains how you can cancel or reschedule your salon appointment, and when you can get a refund.


2. Cancellation Rules

  • All bookings are confirmed through MotoPress Booking Lite.
  • You can cancel your salon appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Use your booking confirmation message or official link to cancel appointment online.

3. Reschedule Policy

  • You must request to reschedule salon appointment at least 24 hours before.
  • New appointment will be given based on availability of time slots.
  • Your booking is confirmed only after the new time is approved.

4. Refund Policy

  • If you cancel on time, you may get a full or partial refund (as per salon policy).
  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Amount will be returned to your original payment method.
